Consumer Fluent Group is a brand consultancy and research agency.
We are commissioned by brand owners to connect with consumers and understand their wants and needs in relation to goods and services.
All our research participants are treated with utmost respect. We comply fully with GDPR. Personally identifiable data is managed securely and erased from all systems once research is completed. Any insights which emerge from our research with participants is anonymised in reporting.

Welcome to Consumer Fluent’s Online Community.
I am the founder of Consumer Fluent and I’ve been helping brands grow by reconnecting them to their consumers for 30+years.
I specialise in shopper behaviour and kids research, but I’ve worked in a multitude of categories and organisations, from global corporations to local small enterprises. I have a great team of trusted researchers who work with me.
Every problem can be solved if we stay connected to the people we serve. Most brand challenges emerge when companies lose sight of their consumers’ wants and needs. My job is to put consumers at the heart of the decisions which companies make about the products and services they offer or intend to develop.
